During my visit of Jharkhand State, Ranchi, I have reviewed the Schems of Safai Karmacharis & their dependants with the Tribal Co-operative Development Corporation (TCDC) Jharkhand, Ranchi which is the nodal Agency for implementation of the said scheme. During my review, the TCDO has informed me and gave details of the above mentioned training programme which was imparted by the local NGOs Including Aryabhat Computers, Ranchi. On the basis of the information given by the TCDC. I visited some training institutes including Aryabhat Computers. I found that the Aryabhat Computers institute has a good infrastructure, good skilled manpower and good training methodology for the vocational training of computers and others trades. During my review of NSLRS the TCDC has informed me that the training imparted by the Aryabhat Computers, Ranchi is satisfactory. The organisation like Aryabhat Computers may be promoted for imparting the training for the such type of target group as downtrodden backward end poor Safai Karamcharis.
