Methodologies of the Training
The training methods to be used should be appropriate to the development of competencies. The focus of the programme is on "performing" and not on " Knowing". Lecturing will be restricted to the minimum necessary and emphasis to be given for "hands on training".
The training methods will be individual cantered to make each person a competent one. Opportunities for individual work will be provided. The learning process will be continuously monitor and feedback will be provided on individual basis.
Objective of the Training

To train needy Person to become skilled, productive and creative in Computer related jobs.
To start the 'IT Course" in the Urban/Rural areas according to the syllabus.
To promote the technological awareness in the common people of the urban/rural areas in our Bihar.
To increase women participation in alternate employment opportunities of development.
Enhance the skill on computer of the unemployed Persons age between from 18 years to 35 years.
